4. Turmeric

Turmeric is a spice used in every household. Turmeric is not less than any medicine due to its properties. The anti-inflammatory properties found in it are helpful in healing any kind of injury or wound. Along with giving relief in swelling, turmeric also gives relief in muscle pain. For this, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk and drink it twice a day. Apart from this, make a paste of turmeric powder and ghee and apply it on the injury and tie a light cloth on it.
